The hotel has a busy restaurant & bar and caters for weddings, private functions and conference business. The role will involve ensuring the smooth running of a busy bar and restaurant and therefore it is essential that you have held a similar role in a 3 or 4 star property. You will need to deliver a high standard of customer service and assist the General Manager with functions. You will be experienced in staff training and be able to carry out duty management shifts as required.
You should be well groomed and confident at dealing with people at all levels. You will report directly to the General Manager.
You will be required to work to the needs of the business including weekends, bank holidays and Christmas. You will receive a competitive salary, plus there is lots of scope to develop within this privately owned hotel group. Candidates requiring live-in may be considered
