To supervise day to day front office operations, to a consistently high standard. Set Departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.
Monitor appearance, standard and performance of the front office team, ensure team members have up to date knowledge of hotel products, services pricing and policies. Maximise sales revenue through . up selling and marketing programmes. Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results.
Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areas. You should hold a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, front office supervisory experience in hotel leisure or retail sector, strong commercial awareness and sales capabilities, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
