The Head Chef will be required to support the General Manager in all aspects of the running of this kitchen and setting up. It is essential that the Head chef has over 1 years experience at a rosette or above level; this may also be a good opportunity for a Sous Chef who is ready for the next step. The Pub will be very very food led and would be ideal for someone who has a passion for local producers and a flare for British Cuisine.
The Head chef must have an overall passion for the food industry and must know seasonal fresh produce.
This pub and dining rooms are searching to be local local and destination venue for all food lovers. The Head Chef must take pride in his work and also create and input ideas for the ever changing fresh menu.
The Salary for the Head Chef position is £28,000 plus
