The Jack Horner is one of our traditional 'Ale and Pie' Houses, and boasts a prominent location on Tottenham Court Road.
We are seeking a General Manager with exceptional drive, high standards and great business driving skills to further add to the success of this popular business.
The Jack Horner is presently trading at an average of £20k net weekly with a 70/30 split in favour of wet sales, and scope to further capitilise on both the tourist and local business trade.
The Person
With excellent fresh food, great wines and real ales forming the key pillars of this business, alongside the delivery of exemplary service, it is essential that you possess strong knowledge within these each of these areas, and the skills to deliver to the exacting standards we are renowned for.
You will be a great host, passionate about people, and have proven ability in training and developing your team of staff to their very best potential. Good working knowledge of operational legislation, and a strong commercial acumen are also essential.
