You will be responsible for the effective management, control and administration of the hotel front of house service. You will liaise with the business partners to manage the day to day running of the hotel.
You will have responsibility for the front of house staff and will be required to ensure that service standards are adhered to. . You will be required to be hands on in the bar and restaurant.
Ideally you will have previous supervisory and restaurant experience and preferably should be a personal licence holder. This is a Live in position and accommodation is provided within the hotel. Food will be provided.
