Must have the ability to count stock, use weighing equipment, and price items for sale. Duties to include providing accurate information and advice to customers, prioritise work, work in ateam, react quickly to difficult situations, slicing & preparing fish products using stock collected from freezer and cold storage, chopping and packing. Product knowledge. will be developed to advise and promote sales and offer high standards of customer service, An attractive and well stocked counter, with excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards must also be maintained at all times.
