We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Sales to look after 2 Venues in London which offer clients excellent facilities including high tech adaptable meeting rooms.
As a Director of Sales you actively promote the company in a professional manner at all times including the attendance at client events, networking and familiarization visits as required, you will present a professional image at all times – verbal, written and face-to-face.
Further you understand changing market and client trends and focus activity to support the achievement of the Group Sales Strategy and meet defined business needs. In conjunction with the Sales Office Manager and General Manager, you agree the Business Profile and Strategy required achieving / exceeding budget.
As the Director of Sales our client is looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
As the newly appointed Director of Sales you will need to be organised, an excellent communicator and a hands on Manager with exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous experience and the proven ability to manage people within a similar role are required. Further skills and abilities are essential for the role:
