Our client, an award winning 5* Hotel, part of an International Hotel group, awarded an AA Rosette for its Mediterranean restaurant.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels, preferably AA Rosette awarded restaurants. Trade qualifications desirable. Must possess an eye for detail, passion for food and enthusiastic.
Position involves working 5 days out of 7, straight shifts and overtime paid after 40 hours.
