Working in a North London healthcare centre, Thorn Baker are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to look after a team of 10 cleaning staff on a day-to-day basis.
The job will include organising shift rotas, staff training, timesheets, ensuring health & safety on site and ordering stock. You will meet with the client to ensure a good standard of cleaning is completed, and carry out audits and inspections of work. You will organise deep cleans and infection control cleans for this hospital environment.
The hours of work are 12pm - 8pm Monday-Friday, but you may also be required to work some weekends. Although this is a supervisory role, you should be aware that the job will involve some hands-on cleaning when required, to cover sick leave or to assist with deep cleans.
The successful candidate will have some supervising experience, and have experience working in a hospital / healthcare environment.
