A large leading Cinema company with complexes across the UK with excellent career progression and development for the right HR Assistant
The HR Assistant’s role
Produce offer (Welcome) packages for all new employees and changes to existing employment contracts
Take up references on all employees ensuring that at least one satisfactory employer reference is received for each employee. Ensure that all outstanding references are followed through
Ensuring that effective records are kept on immigration checks, personnel files and other HR documentation
Maintaining and assisting with the maintenance of effective security for the filing, ensuring records are kept up to date and in an orderly fashion
Payroll Administration
Complete all payroll administration for new starters, current employees and leavers for all employees as required
Provide advice, guidance and support to all Cinema employees on HR and payroll related matters
Proactively ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll by working closely with the Payroll team
The ideal HR Assistant
We would ideally like some experience in the Retail sector, but have an open mind re other sectors but you must have some catering background. If you do not have experience in this sector or something very similar.
