Our client is a Birmingham based, busy, well-established Wholesale Tradecentre.
They are offering an excellent Business Opportunity for an individual, or catering company, to take over their fully equipped onsite Café which caters for both their Customers and up to 30 Staff.
Catering Business Opportunity - Requirements
The café will need to be open to cover breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday (approximately 7.30am until 3.30pm) and both Saturday and Sunday mornings will be required (approximately 8am until 12pm).
Catering Business Opportunity – Candidate
The successful applicant will have high standards and be able to demonstrate experience of cooking, management, the costing and sourcing of all catering supplies, as well as a thorough knowledge of all current relevant food legislation.
