Responsibilities include safeguarding the business brand alongside any legislative requirements. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will form a critical part of the Management Team and play a pivotal role in influencing the overall performance of the Restaurants and Bars within the Hotel.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with regard to both guests and Team alike, they will have a positive problem solving attitude as well as the ability to use their initiative.
It is imperative that they are able to work both independently as well as in a Team. Previous experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is required at no less than Supervisor level.
